Due to the recent rising costs of living and increase in our suppliers prices we have taken the decision to close Nature’s Medic’s physical store.

We have had just one price increase since we opened in 2019 and we know the rising cost of living is affecting our customers,  we believe that CBD is something that you need, it isn’t a luxury and we wanted to avoid changing our prices to cover our increasing overheads and supplier costs so we decided to close our shop front and move the business online.  

Our family own another business, Natural Dog Co and they have relocated to bigger premises.  We were offered the chance to lease a self contained unit within their building and due to the above we decided that this is a great option for us.  It means we can keep our prices low and continue to offer you the quality CBD products that you are used to.

We now offer our products on a delivery or click & collect basis only.

If you are a national customer this change will not affect you,  if you are a local customer please now place your order online and choose delivery or click & collect.  There is plenty of parking outside the collection point on non market days and on market days there are 3 Free carparks all within 2 minutes walk,  they can be located on Portland Road, Ashbourne Street or Patchwork Row, 

We have also increased our opening hours and will now be open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and 10am – 4pm Saturdays.

*Please note:  Whilst our office & storeroom are self contained our collection point is within Natural Dog Co and we will need to bring your order to their counter for you when you collect.  If you prefer this not to happen please choose delivery at checkout.   We’d like to assure you that our products will not be stored with any products from Natural Dog Co, we are completely self contained.

We know that many of our customers want to discuss CBD, how it can help, which products are suitable etc.  We love offering this advice and helping you on your CBD journey and we are going to continue to offer this on a personalised, appointment based service.    

We are now offering a Free phone consultation to all customers old and new,  You can book your appointment on our website and we will call you to discuss any concerns you may have,  offer advice on CBD products and how to use them or take your order over the phone.  

We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to explore CBD without pressure and we are looking forward to offering you this service.
