You may have noticed some changes happening at Nature’s Medic CBD.
We are pleased to share these exciting changes with you as our business evolves.
We are a small, family business and have been serving our customers since 2019 both online and in store and as we move towards the end of our 5th year in business, we have made the decision to change how we work.
Firstly our shop will be moving, our family business also own a Natural Dog company (Click here to visit our website). Natural Dog Co also has a shop on the same road as us and we have made the decision to merge the two locations into one.
Why will this benefit our customers?
Opening hours:
Firstly this means we will have more staff in one location which means we will be able to extend our opening hours, We currently open Tuesday – Saturday, closing early each day however moving together means that we will now be open 6 days a week, Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm, Friday & Saturday 10am – 4pm.
As we are a family run business, on occasion we have to close due to appointments, illness etc, this also means we will no longer need to close for these.
Parking:
As our local customers know, we are based in a small village with limited parking. We have no parking outside unless you have a Blue Badge, our new location has 2 Carparks within a few minutes walking distance and on non market days there is parking right outside. We will be located on a busy Market Square which is surrounded by other businesses, market stalls on certain days and 2 supermarkets, this means you can nip in to see us whilst out shopping for your other essentials too.
Location:
We will be 2.8 miles (or 12 minutes by car) away from our current location with bus routes straight outside too.
Click & Collect:
How we offer CBD is changing, we will no longer have a shop front in the traditional sense. We will be offering our products on a Click & Collect or Delivery basis only. We will encourage you to order your products online or we can do this for you, simply book an appointment through our system and we will call you to place your order.
We understand that some people are not keen on change (we are also some people) and to help alleviate any concerns you may have we are happy for our existing customers to continue to visit us to purchase their products. Products however will no longer be displayed instore and we would like to encourage everyone to use our new system, however we will be available in store should you need us, please be aware that as we are merging with Natural Dog Co our store will contain Dog products, treats etc and dogs will be present. We would like to assure you that all CBD products will be kept away from Natural Dog Co products and visitors in their own separate storage area.
Free Telephone Consultations:
We know that many of our customers want to discuss CBD, how it can help, which products are suitable etc. We love offering this advice and helping you on your CBD journey and we are going to continue to offer this on a personalised, appointment based service. Once our appointment system is up and running you will find, on our front page the option to book a phone consultation with us at your convenience. This is a completely FREE service. We will call you at an arranged time and discuss any concerns, product information or recommendations with you. We can then leave you to look at our products online where you can order if you wish or we can place the order for you, take payment and arrange delivery or advise of our collection times.
You can also use the booking service if you’d like us to place your order for you without any advice. Simply book a telephone call and we will call you, place your order, take payment and arrange delivery or click & collect.
We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to explore CBD without pressure and we are looking forward to offering you this service.
Product Range:
Our product range is changing. We have 5 years’ worth of experience with CBD products and at the end of the day everyone just wants a good quality, affordable product that works (we are CBD users too and know this personally). We currently offer a huge range of products, creams, drinks, vapes, bath bombs, oils and gummies and when we consolidate our business we will be consolidating our range. We are doing this to focus on the products that matter most to you, for your Health and Wellbeing. We will no longer stock what we consider to be ‘novelty’ items. Whilst these items are good products and offer value, we feel that we need to concentrate on a select range of products, namely Oils, Gummies, Vape & our hugely popular Arnica Cream. A smaller product range means we can stock these in bulk passing any savings on to you. CBD can be confusing, and a few select products mean you can see the products that really matter.
I am not a local customer, how does this affect me?
Traditionally all of our products were accessible online via categories, as we reduce our product range these are unnecessary. You will now notice that we have just 2 categories. Clearance Sale, which will be removed once all products are sold and All products.
With a much smaller range we feel that being able to view all products in one location will make this a much more user friendly experience. This makes it easier to add items to your basket with just one click and for products that have a variation such as flavour these will all be under one product with the option to choose the flavour from a drop down list. We feel that our new website format is much more user friendly which everyone is looking for.
Our online and in store customers both old and new can benefit from our new personalised consultation system. Simply book your appointment, discuss your needs, we can place an order for you, or you can choose to consider your options before placing the order yourself for delivery or click and collect.

We are aware that some customers may have concerns around product storage, and we’d like to reassure you that our new building has extensive storage areas, CBD products will not be stored in the same room as Natural Dog Co products at any time.
