If you have chosen to collect in store please wait to receive an email to confirm your order is ready to collect. This is usually sent within 24 hours of cleared payment. You can check your order status by clicking VIEW next to your order in your MY ACCOUNT Portal where you can also view the collection address and times.

If you have chosen delivery All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail or Hermes . All parcels require a signature on delivery.

We have decided against increasing our prices inline with inflation and our increased supplier costs, Unfortunately this means we are no longer able to offer free delivery options and have changed our delivery costs to weight based delivery.

What does this mean:

We used to charge a standard delivery cost which is inline with Royal Mail’s delivery costs however Royal Mail have increased their postage costs and have price breaks for orders over 2kg & 11kg. We have introduced weight based delivery, Your delivery cost will be calculated on the weight of your order. Orders under 2kg will cost £4.99, Orders between 2kg & 11kg will cost £7.49 and orders between 11kg – 20kg will cost £10.99. Any orders over 20kg will cost £9.99 and will be sent via courier. Due to increasing costs (products, overhead, packaging & postage) and the decision not to increase our prices we are no longer in a position to offer Free or subsidised delivery. We are always working hard to keep our prices low and will continue to do so.

We despatch Tuesday – Friday (orders received after 2pm on Friday will leave on the next postage day) You will receive an email to advise when your parcel has been booked for collection which will contain a tracking number, your delivery can be tracked on the next collection date advised above.

Express Delivery £9.99 – We despatch these within 24 working hours of cleared payment, Delivery can be expected on the next working day following despatch.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please read before placing your order. We do not ship to countries where CBD is prohibited/controlled.  Please check that it is legal for you to import CBD to your country before placing your order. Your order will be cancelled if CBD is not Legal in your country. We always send Tracked and Signed for and can track your shipment to your door however please be aware that if your parcel is stopped/refused by Customs we cannot be responsible for any loss or charges arising from this. We attach invoices, lab reports and all documents relevant to your country to all parcels for customs to view to show that all products are compliant and to help them pass through customs quickly, if customs hold the parcel and contact us we will respond quickly with all information required however we are afraid we cannot be held responsible for any delay during customs checks and your quoted estimated delivery time does not include any customs delays which are beyond our control.   We work hard to keep our prices low and pass our savings on to you and we cannot absorb any fees or losses arising from Customs checks/refusal.  This is solely the customers responsibility and we have a pre warning in checkout to check our Terms & Conditions before placing International Orders. Please refrain from placing an order if you are unhappy with our shipping terms. We appreciate your co-operation.

Shipping costs are based on location and order weight. All shipping methods will include tracking and will require a signature on delivery.

We ensure all orders are packaged well however if your order is damaged during transit and the carrier refuses our claim we cannot be held responsible. Please ensure you are happy with this information before placing an order for international delivery.

Ireland – ROI

We always send Tracked and Signed for and can track your shipment to your door however please be aware that if your parcel is stopped by Customs we cannot be responsible for any loss or charges arising from this.  We keep our prices low and pass our savings on to you and we cannot absorb any fees or losses arising from Customs.  This is solely the customers responsibility and we have a pre warning in checkout to check our Terms & Conditions before placing International Orders.  We appreciate your co-operation. We charge a flat rate of £13.99 for Royal Mail ROI Deliveries, We expect delivery to be within 5-10 working days. Your delivery will require a signature. Our shipping cost to ROI has increased. We apologise for this however now that we are not part of the EU shipping to ROI now classed as international mail and is not included in Royal Mail’s UK price guide. We will absorb any extra Royal Mail postage cost above £13.99 for orders below 2kg. Royal Mail will no longer carry parcels over 2kg to ROI, In this case International shipping weight based costs will apply, we will also look for the most economical shipping company however if your shipping cost exceeds £13.99 we will invoice for the remainder. Goods will not be sent until the invoice is paid. If your shipping quote including Packaging is less than £13.99 we will issue a refund for the excess cost. In addition to this many international carriers do not insure parcels containing bottles or liquid. We ensure all orders are packaged well however if your order is damaged during transit and the carrier refuses our claim we cannot be held responsible. We pride our self on our quick despatch and delivery times, at the moment Royal Mail are working hard to Deliver as quickly as possible, Unfortunately due to the effects of Covid, some deliveries are taking a little longer and your parcel may be delayed slightly. We apologise for this and wish we had control over delivery times but once your order has left us we rely on Royal Mail completely. Your parcel will require a signature. We have to allow RM a set amount of working days to deliver however once this timescale has passed we will place a track with them, if they advise us that the parcel is lost or damaged and will not be delivered then we will send out a replacement order. We thank you for your patience and we thank Royal Mail for their hard work during this difficult period.

For orders placed during any sale we will send your tracking email when your shipment is booked and your order will be delivered within 7 days of this email.
