For maximum benefits beginners should start on our 2400mg medium strength oil,  building up day by day to find the dose that suits you, once you’ve found that dose then taking it daily and keeping it in your system is where you will find it to be most beneficial, rather than taking it when you feel you need it oral CBD is most beneficial when used consistently.   Oral CBD products leave your system within 3 days completely.  We offer a free beginner guide with this option.

Whilst you are building up to your personalised dose you may find your bottle lasts a long time.  Once you are on your personalised dose your bottle should last between 1-2 months depending on your daily dose.  To make your bottle last longer you can increase the strength and reduce your dose.  We can help you with how to do this if needed.

2400mg – 8% Oil giving 4mg CBD per drop – Suitable for beginner or those who enjoy using a Medium strength Oil.

3000mg – 10% Oil giving 5mg CBD per drop – High Strength
