We aim to despatch your order within 2 working days of completed payment. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48. You will receive an email with your tracking number once collection has been arranged.
We package all orders well, in eco friendly packaging, Our packing peanuts are biodegradable too – Simply put under running water and they will break down.
XMAS OPENING HOURS:
Our opening Hours will change slightly over the Festive Period.
We will be closed from the 24th December until the 28th.
We are open on the 30th December then will close again to reopen on the 2nd January.

We have plenty of Free parking available outside our shop on non market days, If you visit on market day please use one of the Free carparks all within 2 minutes walk located on Portland Road, Ashbourne Street or Patchwork Row.
Whilst our CBD is stored and packed in it’s own self contained unit to the rear of the shop if you choose to collect please be aware that we will need to hand you your order over the counter at Natural Dog Co, there may also be dogs in our shop when you visit.
If you prefer not to collect please place your order online for delivery or reply to your collection email and we are happy to raise an invoice for postage and despatch via Royal Mail.
