All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless a different option is chosen, occasionally we need to use an alternative courier if RM are having issues, Your tracking email will show which courier we have used and how to track.
If Special Delivery by 1pm is chosen please be aware of the following:
The cut off for this option is 12pm Monday to Thursday. If you place your order after 12pm then your order will leave the next working day for delivery by 1pm the following working day. RM do not guarantee collections on Saturdays, due to this we advise that orders placed after 12pm on Fridays will be collected Monday and delivered Tuesday.
RM do not offer Special delivery on Weekends or Bank Holidays, It is the customers responsibility to ensure the order is placed prior to the cut off time and to be aware of the date that delivery will be using the details above. If an order is placed after the cut off time and delivery is delayed due to this we are unable to refund any postage costs. In addition to this RM do not guarantee delivery on this service, if RM fail to deliver within this special delivery time frame we are unable to refund any postage cost. If the customer do not agree with these conditions please choose a standard delivery option.
RM have an allocated delivery time frame set by them, which does not include strike days, bank holidays or weekends, during this time they will not allow us to track any parcel apart from using the tracking services in your despatch email. They also will not allow us to claim compensation until this period has passed. Please be patient during busy periods. We will always compensate or replace lost or damage parcels however we must stick to the timeframe given to us by RM to ensure duplicate orders are not delivered. As a small business we cannot absorb the cost of this.
Collect in Store
If you have chosen to collect in store please wait to receive an email to confirm your order is ready to collect. This is usually sent within 24 hours of cleared payment. You can check your order status by clicking VIEW next to your order in your MY ACCOUNT Portal. Collection times can be viewed by clicking here.

Please read before placing your order. We do not ship to countries where CBD is prohibited/controlled. Please check that it is legal for you to import CBD to your country before placing your order. Your order will be cancelled if CBD is not Legal in your country. We always send Tracked and Signed for and can track your shipment to your door however please be aware that if your parcel is stopped/refused by Customs we cannot be responsible for any loss or charges arising from this. We attach invoices, lab reports and all documents relevant to your country to all parcels for customs to view to show that all products are compliant and to help them pass through customs quickly, if customs hold the parcel and contact us we will respond quickly with all information required however we are afraid we cannot be held responsible for any delay during customs checks and your quoted estimated delivery time does not include any customs delays which are beyond our control. We work hard to keep our prices low and pass our savings on to you and we cannot absorb any fees or losses arising from Customs checks/refusal. This is solely the customers responsibility and we have a pre warning in checkout to check our Terms & Conditions before placing International Orders. Please refrain from placing an order if you are unhappy with our shipping terms. We appreciate your co-operation.
Shipping costs are based on location and order weight. All shipping methods will include tracking and will require a signature on delivery.

We ensure all orders are packaged well however if your order is damaged during transit and the carrier refuses our claim we cannot be held responsible. Please ensure you are happy with this information before placing an order for international delivery.
Ireland – ROI
We always send Tracked and Signed for and can track your shipment to your door however please be aware that if your parcel is stopped by Customs we cannot be responsible for any loss or charges arising from this. We keep our prices low and pass our savings on to you and we cannot absorb any fees or losses arising from Customs. This is solely the customers responsibility and we have a pre warning in checkout to check our Terms & Conditions before placing International Orders. We appreciate your co-operation. We charge a flat rate of £13.99 for Royal Mail ROI Deliveries, We expect delivery to be within 5-10 working days. Your delivery will require a signature. Our shipping cost to ROI has increased. We apologise for this however now that we are not part of the EU shipping to ROI now classed as international mail and is not included in Royal Mail’s UK price guide. We will absorb any extra Royal Mail postage cost above £13.99 for orders below 2kg. Royal Mail will no longer carry parcels over 2kg to ROI, In this case International shipping weight based costs will apply, we will also look for the most economical shipping company however if your shipping cost exceeds £13.99 we will invoice for the remainder. Goods will not be sent until the invoice is paid. If your shipping quote including Packaging is less than £13.99 we will issue a refund for the excess cost.
